A Serious Curse for a Serious Crime

vayas-witchcraft-and-spiritual:

Use: best used on a target who has inflected personal pain on somebody, who has caused trauma, who has wronged other people or animals, etc. I’d suggest a ‘learn what you did and grow’ kind of spell or curse for most targets, but this is for those people who always think their actions are justified, for people who trivialise their crimes, and who don’t care about other people’s pain.

Needed:

- You’ll want a jar or a water proof box. Small, preferably, because later you’ll bury it.
- Black paint. This is for if you use a clear jar or box. It is simpler to prepare before you start the curse, and to paint the jar beforehand.
- Salt water. Sea water in particular, but you could probably salt some normal water.
- Something to represent your target. It must be small enough to fit in your jar. I’d use a rock with your target’s name on it, because a rock will sink, but you can use a poppet, a picture, their name, etc. Include a taglock to go alongside the rock if you can; it will make the curse more precise but it’s not necessary.
- Wax to seal the jar with.

Method:

- Write, in detail, what your target has done, why it has wrong, and what kind of pain they have inflicted on others, and then put it into your salt water. Leave it there.
- Put the rock and taglock in your jar, and pour the salt water into the jar. Recite the following:

“Name, name, what did you do?
It will soon eat at you.
I’ll put you in a box
I’ll take away the light
I’ll flood you in your wrongs
And make you choke on right.”

- Next, seal the jar with wax, and then bury it. Glass isn’t biodegradable, so bury it in a plant pot, or mark the spot so you can remove the curse jar at a later date. As you do this, continue the spell:

“You caused a lot of pain
Made a lot of hurt
So if you don’t feel sorry
I’ll bury you in dirt
This is how it works
You’ll drown in what you did
Until we all see fit
You’ll feel the wrongs you bid.”

- If there is a point where you feel they have learned their lesson and actually felt remorse (plenty of people know what they do is wrong, and do it anyway, which is why this spell is a ‘feel the pain you caused indefinitely’ instead of a 'feel it until you learn why it was wrong’ kind of curse), then you may dig up your jar, and break it open. Be careful not to cut yourself on glass; you don’t want to tie yourself to the curse via blood, even if you’re ending it.
